As a Certified Financial Planner, Tom Quirk has been assisting clients with their retirement planning needs since 1994. He has served as an instructor in the Maryland State pre-retirement program and has published financial planning articles in Senior Digest and the Baltimore Business Journal. An active member and past Vice President of the Catonsville Chamber of Commerce, Tom has served on the Board of Directors for the Community College of Baltimore County Foundation. He lives in Catonsville with his wife and two children.

Janet Marquardt has been assisting clients with financial planning, performance reporting, and daily administrative needs since 1992. Before joining the Retirement and Investment Group in 2008, she managed the support staff for a financial consulting group at Smith Barney serving pensions, family foundations and individuals. Janet lives in Baltimore with her son.
